I’d be pleased to arrange a minivan which offers accessibility for wheelchairs (foldable ramp or automatically operating wheelchair-lift and wheelchair securement), to book a horse-drawn carriage ride for us in a specially converted, wheelchair-accessible fiacre or to make sure that the wheeled walker (rollator) is kept safely at the fiacre rank during our horse-and-carriage ride.

Over the past 20 years, many streets and squares in Vienna have been fitted with flat pavers, making them “rollable” noiselessly and comfortably. There is no shortage of curb drops for barrier-free crossings; many streets have been raised to one level (no curbs at all) and the number of public toilets that are accessible without barriers has increased. Therefore, the more and more cultural highlights are accessible to users of canes, wheeled walkers (rollators) and wheelchairs who want to treat their wrists, backs and hips as well as the ones of their carers with respect.
